Huach River Terrains' aquatics environments 

Terrain in the Mayan Coast, ideal for tourism development in the Caribbean Sea. It has a barrier reef, a river and a lagoon, ideal for recreative fishing:

The terrain is surrounded by three different aquatic environments:

• To the East, there's the Caribbean Sea, which finishes with a barrier reef.
• To the South, there's the Huach river.
• To the west there's the Huach Lagoon, which is large and has shallow waters; ideal for recreative fishing and the practice of kayak.

These three aquatic zones are protected by SEMARNAT, because they're part of the "Xcalak" National Park.

Over 5Km beach with barrier reefs!

In front of the beach there are 5Km, these are protected by a reef barrier that is approximately 500 meters from the beach, which is in an excellent state of preservation, being a magnificent natural barrier in case of hurricanes or heavy swells.

The average depth of the area between the beach and the reef (called reef lagoon) is 3.5 meters, which allows the waves to lose much of their force when they reach the coastal dunes.

Wildlife and plants. The flora and fauna on the beach of the Caribbean sea. 

All the area of the terrain counts with a vegetation in excellent state of conservation, dominating the species of, chit palm, coconut palms, grape of sea, chechem, chacah, caniste and other vegetable species that permit a wildlife of great diversity in the zone. 

Dock of wood on the Caribbean sea

Currently, the terrain has a wooden dock on the Caribbean Sea, which length is 60 meters and width is 3 meters. It was built three years ago, it is maintained in good condition. It has permission to build up to 100 meters long.

Huach Lagoon

On the Huach Lagoon (on the back of the field), has another wooden dock of approximately 90 meters long and 1.20 meters wide, as well as a resting hut, which was built three years ago and also maintained in good condition.

Using water service

The package has a well discharge of sewage waste 100 meters deep and one to extract water from the water table to be able to use the services. It has permission from the authorities concerned.

The Chinchorro Barrier Reef

A World Heritage Site

Is the Chinchorro Barrier Reef, the only atoll in Mexico; because of its great beauty and conservation is considered a World Heritage Site. It is an hour and a half of the land traveling in a small boat.
